We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for items purchased directly from our website. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Custom, resized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. We ship everything using Royal Mail special delivery as this is the most secure method. Overseas shipping will take longer. please contact us directly for more information on our shipping.
